When perusing open house ads online or in the newspaper, it may be easy to zoom past the “Shown By Appointment” section, but I encourage you not to. Although the sellers may not be able to open their homes at a certain time for an open house, they are eager for prospective buyers to check out their properties. That way, scheduling an appointment to see the listing works best for their schedule – and the buyer can pick the time they want to visit the property.
