The ideal buyer’s agent should be familiar with Montana, and the Billings/surrounding area. Be comfortable and confidant while making phone calls and writing emails. Someone who has excellent communication skills, both with clients, and between teammates. Quick to learn and implement existing systems and tools. Is self motivated while not afraid to ask for help or clarification.

Responsibilities…
As a buyer’s agent you’ll be responsible for following up with potential leads received through our website, social media, third party websites, and general sphere of influence. You would work with buyers to find property on and off the market that would fit their needs and budget, tour properties with buyers, be available for in person social events, and work with our marketing specialist and the KW Command site to form effective lead generation, follow up, and accountability systems.
Experience in CRM programs like Top Producer is a plus. Experience in Farm/Ranch properties, and Commercial properties is also a plus.
